Deccofelt converts a wide range of material into adhesive coated products of all shapes, sizes and descriptions. Parts are supplied individually die-cut, or kiss-cut on special release liners for quick, clean, efficient use at the point of application. Click on pictures for larger versions.

Felt - Decorative

Plain or adhesive backed. For decorating, cushioning, and protective padding. Various colors. Machine wash or dry clean. Available in strips, sheets, rolls or die-cut form. Thickness from 1/16" to 1/8". Widths from 1/8" to 54".


Felt - Industrial

Adhesive backed or plain. Wool, polyester, and blended fibers available in various weights. Range of grades to meet SAE and ASTM specifications. Ideal for cushioning, sealing, sound dampening, anti-vibration, and wicking. Thickness: .010” – 1.0” Widths up to 72”.

Nonwovens

Thin, breathable, bonded synthetic fibers. For added strength, support, protection and backings. Thickness: .010” to 1/32”. Width: Up to 72”.

Polyurethane Foam

Polyester or polyether. Low density. Seals against dust& light. Good sound & vibration dampening. Excellent cushioning & shock absorption. Can provide laminated to fabric, film, netting, etc. Thickness: 1/16” and up. Width: up to 72”.

 

 
Polyethylene Foam

Low density. Closed cell. For packaging, impact & scratch protection, and insulation. Lightweight, economical, low water absorption, flexible, and thermo formable. Thickness: 1/32” and up. Width: up to 60”.

 
Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam

Low density - 2 lb to 6 lb. Closed cell. Excellent moisture resistance. Good for flotation, sporting goods, gaskets, seals, and healthcare applications. Thickness from 1/32" to 2". Widths to 54". Available in colors.

High Density Micro Cellular Foam

Used for Shock isolation and vibration damping. Long service life with high resistance to compression set. Low out gassing for critical automotive and electronics applications. Available in various firmnesses. Thickness: 1/32” – 1”. Width: up to 72”.

 

 
PVC Foam Closed Cell

Ideal material for airtight seals waterproofing and sound damping. Excellent aging characteristics. Density: 6 lb to 30 lb / cu ft. Thickness: 1/16" to 1". Slit roll widths: 1/8" to 48 ". Plain or adhesive backed.

 
Films  

PET, PE, PP, diffraction foil, paper, and wood grain/ embossed/ or plain vinyl. Pressure sensitive adhesives for “peel and stick”, or heat activated for Vacuum and Membrane Press applications to MDF. Efficient for Cabinet and Door industry.
Sponge Rubber (Open Cell)

Soft, medium or firm. Resilient and springy. Meets all ASTM requirements for firmness, temperature, weathering, compression set, etc. Good for cushioning, non-skid, anti-fatigue matting, sealing, and shock, sound, and vibration dampening. Thickness 1/16” and up. Width: up to 54”.
 
Sponge Rubber (Closed Cell)

Excellent resistance against ozone, sunlight and aliphatic oils. High tensile strength. Various degrees of compression-deflection (hardness). Good shock absorption, insulation, sound and vibration dampening, and sealing and gasketing qualities. Thickness: 1/16" and up. Widths to 54".

 

 
Rubber (Natural, Neoprene, SBR, Butyl, Buna N, Silicone, and Urethane)

20-10 Durometer (Shore A). Used for sealing, gaskets and cushioning requirements. Proprietary pressure sensitive adhesive backing also available.

Cork (Composition)

For gaskets, bulletin board, coasters, decoration, and non-skid applications. Provide scratch protection and shock absorption. Water-resistant. Laminations available with foam or other substrates. Thickness from 1/32" to 1/2". Widths to 54”.

 

 
Cork (Neoprene)

Compressible for low cost gaskets. Good oil resistance, smooth finish, excellent cushioning, sealing, and non-skid applications. Thickness from 1/32" to 1/4". Widths to 42".

 
Flocked Fabrics and Paper

Velour. For decorative packaging and display. Adhesive backed or plain. Rolls or die-cut. Available in colors.
Custom Adhesive Coating

Gravure, transfer, or extrusion coating of permanent, pressure sensitive and heat activated adhesives. Solid or pattern / breathable coating. Widths to 74 ".

 
Adhesives and Tapes

Pressure sensitive and heat activated adhesives, both acrylic and rubber base. Available as free film or with supported carriers. All include silicone treated release liners. Various levels of peel and shear strength, permanent to removable. Supplied on slit rolls or die-cut.

 

 
Polyethylene Foam Tape

Low cost closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam. Applications include mounting tape for hardware, plastic fixtures, nameplates, medical devices, etc. Good outdoor weather resistance. Excellent adhesive performance. Good cold temperature performance. Thickness from 1/32" to 1/6". Widths to 54".
Glass Shipping Pads

High density, extra firm, ground and rebond sponge for inexpensive pads and fillers. Also available with cork, and high-density vinyl foam laminates. Removable adhesive systems and cling foam for non-residue bonds. Ideal for glass and window / door industry. Thickness from 1/8” to 1”. Widths from 1/4" to 48".

 

 
Bumpers

Custom sizes, shapes, and colors. Adhesive backing for easy surface mount. Protection from scratching, sliding, scuffing, and impacts.
 
Hook and Loop Fastening Systems

Plain or with adhesive. Hook widths to 4". Loop widths to 48”. Roll or die-cut shapes. Standard colors: White and Black.

Fabric To Foam

Combining a wide array of fabrics to different types of foam. Coated one or both sides. Breathable or w/ moisture barrier. Automotive seat covers to foam laminated pads for orthopedic braces. Plain or adhesive backed. Open or closed cell foams. Widths up to 74".

 
Laminates/ Combining

Fabrications of various materials are available upon your request. These laminates can be die-cut to any size and shape. Substrates may include but are not limited to the following: foam, fabric, non-wovens, cork, felt, film, foil, rubber, adhesive film, etc.
 
Sunshade Lamination

Three-part lamination of a cross-linked polyethylene foam sandwiched between a metalized polyester film and a clear polyester film. Used for sun & heat reflectivity and insulation. Automotive applications with optional printing. Custom variations available.
